International (Abroad) Options Accepting XAT
Finding MBA colleges outside India accepting XAT scores is quite rare. Most international business schools prefer GMAT or GRE. However, a few may consider XAT as a supplementary credential—especially for Indian applicants—but they typically rely on global standardized exams. So if you're aiming to study abroad, you may need to sit for the GMAT or GRE instead.
XAT is a tough, 3-hour online MBA entrance exam in India, taken once a year. It checks how good you are at reasoning, language, math, and general knowledge.
Over 250 schools in India accept its score, including top names like XLRI, MICA, XIM, and IMT.
Fees at these schools range roughly from ₹17 Lakh to ₹24 Lakh, and average salaries on placement can go up to ₹33 Lakh per year.
Abroad, XAT isn’t widely accepted, so you'll likely need GMAT or GRE.
